Admission Procedure (प्रवेश प्रक्रिया )

Fresh admissions are made in the beginning of each Academic Session.

(प्रत्येक शैक्षणिक सत्राच्या सुरूवातीला नवीन प्रवेश देण्यात येतात.)

Parents need to deposit the Registration Forms, duly filled in the school office.

(पालकांनी शाळा कार्यालयात भरलेले नोंदणी फॉर्म जमा करणे आवश्यक आहे.)

The prospectus along with the application form will be available at the school office on all working days from Monday to Saturday between 9 am. and 4 pm.

(अर्जासह प्रॉस्पेक्टस सोमवारी ते शनिवारी सकाळी 9 च्या दरम्यान सर्व कामकाजाच्या दिवशी शाळा कार्यालयात उपलब्ध असतील. आणि संध्याकाळी 4 वाजता.)

The application should be filled in correctly in CAPITAL LETTERS only and submitted within a week at the office. (validity of the application form is 7 days from the date of issue)

(अर्ज केवळ कॅपिटल लेटरमध्ये योग्य प्रकारे भरला जावा आणि एका आठवड्यात कार्यालयात सादर करावा. (अर्जाच्या तारखेपासून अर्जाची वैधता 7 दिवसांची आहे))

Fees will be accepted through drafts only.

फी केवळ ड्राफ्टद्वारे स्वीकारली जाईल.

NOTE: - CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

टीप: - धनादेश स्वीकारले जाणार नाहीत.

A student can be withdrawn at the parent’s request at the end of an academic session.

शैक्षणिक सत्राच्या शेवटी विद्यार्थ्याच्या पालकांच्या विनंतीनुसार प्रवेश मागे घेता येतो.

If a student is withdrawn during the session, the fees paid will not be refunded.

सत्रादरम्यान एखाद्या विद्यार्थ्याने प्रवेश मागे घेतल्यास भरलेला फी परत केला जाणार नाही.

The withdrawal of a student will be granted only on :

विद्यार्थ्याला माघार घेण्यास केवळ यावर परवानगी दिली जाईलः

1. Submission of a written application to the Principal one month prior to the withdrawal.

2. माघार घेण्याच्या एक महिना अगोदर प्राचार्यास लेखी अर्ज सादर करणे.

3. No Dues Certificate has to be obtained from the college office.

4. थकबाकी प्रमाणपत्र महाविद्यालयीन कार्यालयातून घ्यावे लागेल.
